FAQ
ClaireAI questions, answered.
What is ClaireAI?
ClaireAI is an AI receptionist for law firms that handles inbound calls and follows a firm's configured intake workflow. Call handling is available in 10+ languages, including English and Spanish. Intake questions, routing, booking, escalation, follow-up, and connected-system workflows are configured with each firm during implementation.
How much does ClaireAI cost?
Solo is $129 per month for 400 connected AI minutes, Growth is $299 per month for 1,000 connected AI minutes, Firm is $599 per month for 2,000 connected AI minutes, and Enterprise starts at $1,199 per month for 4,000+ connected AI minutes. Unlimited supported practice areas are included on every plan. Add PI, family law, criminal defense, immigration, estate planning, employment, and other supported playbooks without changing plans. Standard ClaireAI practice-area playbooks are included; bespoke workflow engineering and custom integration development may be separately scoped. $0.35 per connected AI minute after the included allowance. Plans continue into overage without an automatic tier change.
What counts toward a plan allowance?
Usage is measured by the second and aggregated across the month. A 20-second wrong number uses 20 seconds—not one entire call credit. Ringing, blocked spam, inactive hold time, human-only time after a completed warm transfer, and confirmed system-failure time corrected by ClaireAI never count.
Is there a trial?
Start with a demo to arrange your trial with our team. The 30-day trial requires a card and converts to a monthly Solo subscription at $129 per month after 30 days unless canceled at any time before conversion. It includes 250 connected AI minutes, never bills trial overage, and pauses new AI-handled calls after the cap once active calls finish. After the cap, new AI-handled calls use a safe fallback route, voicemail, or customer-configured destination until the account activates a paid plan.
How long does onboarding take?
ClaireAI’s experts handle standard onboarding at no extra cost. Implementation scope and timing vary by firm and are confirmed before launch.
Can ClaireAI integrate with my firm’s systems?
The integrations directory is a starting point. Availability, setup, and data flow for a selected system are confirmed during implementation.
How are security and compliance questions handled?
ClaireAI can provide current security and product documentation during a sales or implementation review. Each firm remains responsible for evaluating its own professional, privacy, security, recording-consent, and compliance requirements.
Does ClaireAI provide legal advice?
No. ClaireAI is configured to collect information and follow your firm’s workflow; it does not provide legal advice. Firms remain responsible for supervising their workflows and meeting their professional obligations.
